Working with Tatyana has been a great reminder just how powerful it is to have my own coach. I've always been part of a supervision group but had not had my own coach for a while and it makes such a difference. Tatyana helped me address a very important area in my life, helped me look at my challenges from a different view point, supported me in taking different actions, and would also not let me off the hook, when I adopted some avoiding behaviours or tried to shift focus away from what I came to do originally.
