Health of the system needs to be viewed on all three levels:
– emotional plane without extra stress and tension
– antifragile mental plane that can balance itself
– physical health underpinned by health of emotional and mental planes
Resource dimension - development of necessary resources, skills and strengths, optimal management of existing resources
Problem dimension - studying unconscious behaviours and thinking patterns that contribute to the problem ultimately reorganising them for a change
Perception, Understanding dimension - development of profound awareness and understanding dynamics of events that can or can’t be changed
